Hiup was born out of a simple frustration — too many talented people couldn't find the right job, and too many companies couldn't find the right people, despite spending weeks and thousands of euros trying.
Built by Olive Group, an EdTech company with deep roots in content production and digital learning, Hiup bridges the recruitment and upskilling worlds in a single platform. We realised that the best way to fix recruitment is to fix the skills gap at the same time.
Today, Hiup powers hiring for thousands of companies across Ireland, the UK, and beyond — while helping hundreds of thousands of job seekers find roles that match not just where they are, but where they want to go.
