Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features end-to-end, from database schema to polished UI
• Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs that power both web and mobile clients
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and design lead to shape product direction
• Own the deployment pipeline — CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring
• Write clean, tested code and conduct thorough code reviews
• Mentor future engineering hires as the team grows

Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience with React/Next.js and Node.js
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, RDS)
• Familiarity with TypeScript in production environments
• Proven ability to ship features independently with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication skills — we are remote-first and async-heavy

Nice to Have

• Experience with PHP/WordPress (our marketing site stack)
• Background in recruitment tech or HR SaaS platforms
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience scaling systems from zero to thousands of concurrent users

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a growth strategy targeting both recruiters (B2B) and job seekers (B2C)
• Build, run, and iterate on paid acquisition campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
• Design viral growth loops — referral programs, content flywheels, and community-led growth
• Own SEO strategy: keyword research, content briefs, technical audits, link-building
• Partner with product and engineering to implement in-product growth mechanics
• Report directly to the CEO on growth metrics, pipeline, and budget allocation

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation roles
• Proven track record of scaling a B2B or B2C SaaS from early stage
• Deep expertise in at least two of: paid ads, SEO, content marketing, partnerships
• Fluent with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable building dashboards and running A/B tests
• Experience managing a marketing budget of at least EUR 50k/month

Nice to Have

• Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or EdTech industries
• Background in two-sided marketplace growth
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Customer.io)
• Strong copywriting skills for landing pages and email sequences

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for candidate-job matching and ranking
• Build and improve our CV/resume parsing pipeline using NLP techniques
• Fine-tune large language models for domain-specific tasks (interview analysis, skill extraction)
• Develop evaluation frameworks and monitoring for model performance in production
• Collaborate with product to translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Stay current with state-of-the-art research and identify applicable techniques

Requirements

• 3+ years professional ML/AI engineering experience (not just research)
• Strong Python skills with production-grade code quality
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, or similar frameworks
• Solid foundation in NLP: embeddings, semantic search, text classification, NER
• Experience deploying and monitoring ML models in production (MLOps)
• Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures

Nice to Have

• Experience with video/audio ML (speech-to-text, sentiment analysis)
• Background in recommendation systems or information retrieval
• Published research or open-source ML contributions
• Familiarity with AWS SageMaker or similar managed ML platforms
